Job Description
Lead enterprise programs that protect employee health, strengthen compliance, and improve organizational readiness across a primary care network.Position Highlights
- Develop and oversee enterprise occupational and employee health programs*
- Lead employee immunization compliance, tuberculosis screening, occupational exposure management, and return to work processes*
- Manage the Bloodborne Pathogen Program and related OSHA requirements*
- Coordinate communicable disease response, exposure assessments, work restrictions, and public health reporting*
- Oversee Florida SHOTS administration, regulatory documentation, and occupational health vendor relationships*
- Build compliance dashboards, conduct audits, analyze trends, and lead corrective action strategies*
- Partner with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, clinical operations, and public health agencies
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing*
- Active unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license*
- Five or more years of healthcare experience*
- Three or more years of occupational health, employee health, public health, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, or related healthcare operations experience*
- COHN or COHN S preferred at hire and required within 24 months
