Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve functional abilities, independence, and overall quality of life.

- Shift Time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- Day Shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate:$51.60 - $60.20 per hour
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, acute care, outpatient, or home health settings preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and positive rehabilitation outcomes
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals
- Assess physical, cognitive, and psychosocial barriers affecting daily function
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Assist patients in improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional independence
- Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices when appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy programs and home exercise plans
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning activities
- Promote patient safety, independence, and overall quality of life
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $51.60 - $60.20 per hour
