Occupational Therapist (Travel or Local Contract, with ability to convert to Perm Placement!)

Skilled Nursing Facility | Roseville, CA

Contract Length: 13-Week Contract, with ability to convert to Perm.Full-Time: 36 Hours per Week

Pay: $60–$65/hrStart Date: Flexible, can start immediately!

Your Role

Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
Provide OT services to short-term rehab & long-term care residents
Document progress and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

What We Need

Active California OT license (OR California License in process, if endorsing from another state)
SNF experience preferred
Strong communication & documentation skills
