Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: San Rafael, CAAssignment: 13-Week Assignment, 36 Hours per Week, OPTION TO EXTEND TO PERM PLACEMENT

Pay: $65–$70 per hourStart Date: Flexible, option to start ASAP

We are seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in San Rafael, California. This opportunity offers excellent pay, consistent hours, and an immediate start in a desirable Bay Area location.

Compensation

$65–$70/hour, based on experience
Weekly pay available

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients
Accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient independence and safety

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
SNF or geriatric experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to start ASAP
