Post-Acute Skilled Nursing Facility | Woodland, CA

Location: Woodland, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time, 13-Week Contract, Convert to PermHours: 36 Hours per WeekPay: $60–$65/hrStart Date: Flexible, with immediately availability.

We’re actively hiring RIGHT NOW for a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) at a Post-Acute Skilled Nursing Facility in Woodland, CA. This is a high-priority role and will move quickly — interviews happening immediately!

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform OT evaluations and develop treatment plans
Treat post-acute and rehab patients
Document progress and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams

What We Need

Active California OT license (OR California OT license processing, if licensed in another state)
SNF or post-acute experience preferred
Strong documentation & communication skills
Ready to start ASAP
