Job Description

Hi! We are seeking a friendly, patient, and creative Occupational Therapist to welcome to our dedicated Superstar team! This is a part-time position with the growth potential for full-time.

In this position, you will administer developmental test, evaluations, providing therapeutic services in a fun and supportive environment, and collaborate with our client’s families. Your creativity and dedication will help make a positive impact on the lives of each client.

Key Responsibilities

complete developmental test

* complete comprehensive evaluations that takes into consideration for all relevant factors for each client

* implement intervention techniques that take into consideration of all unique characteristics and communication needs of each

client

* complete a weekly lesson plan for each client

*complete a weekly treatment note for each client

*complete a progress report for each client when required

* educate parents and/or caregivers on strategies to promote independence with skills targeted in the therapy session

* Stay informed about the latest advancements in the field of occupational therapy

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

* Valid and active license from the Louisiana Board of Medical Examiners

* Pass a criminal background check
