Occupational Therapist

Location: Portland, ORPosition: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

SummaryThis role is suited for an Occupational Therapist who values structured care, practical goal-setting, and consistent follow-through. You will evaluate patient needs, deliver hands-on interventions, and support measurable functional improvement through evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate functional ability and identify limitations impacting daily activities
Design treatment plans and adjust based on patient response and outcomes
Provide OT interventions to support self-care, fine motor skills, UE strength, and mobility
Develop home programs and teach patients how to continue progress between visits
Educate families/caregivers on safe support strategies and carryover
Work closely with the team to coordinate care and improve patient flow

Requirements

OT degree from an accredited school (Master’s or Doctorate)
Active Oregon OT license (required)
NBCOT certification (required)
Strong clinical reasoning and ability to explain goals in simple language
Experience with EMR documentation preferred
