OT Inpatient Rehab Will accept 1st time traveler with Inpatient experience OT license for CT & BLS needed Shift: 8a-430p 2 Years min Exp Will accept 1st time travelers with good inpatient exp EMR: Meditech If candidate is local, 50 miles or less, local rate will apply Submission Requirements: Demographics in the system: Full Name, Perm Address & Cell number Will not accept anyone under 50 Miles from the facility. If HCP is 50-100 miles, we can book at a reduced rate Up to date resume or Work Experience that includes facility name, units worked & Dates employed. All gaps of employment should be explained. *Include years of experience in LTC and documents travel experience. Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Licenses verification with all active licenses RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required Current Certifications required: BLS
