What You'll DoAs the OT, you'll treat a geriatric population across SNF/Transitional Care Unit, including:Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies
Transfer training (all levels)Fall prevention and safety training
Treatment of clinically complex patients
Discharge planning and care coordination
Supervision of a COTA (as needed)Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff
RequirementsCurrent Utah OT license in good standing
Degree from an accredited OT program
Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
Ability to supervise a COTASNF experience preferred - but not required. If you're caring, motivated, and licensed, we'll support your growth
