Job Details / Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy care to inpatient rehabilitation patientsLead patient assessments and develop personalized treatment/care plansSupervise care and treatments and target/resolve patient concernsGuide patients through therapy aimed at function, independence, and quality of lifeBuild meaningful relationships by understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needsCelebrate patient victories throughout the recovery processCollaborate in a team-based rehab environment to deliver top-tier, compassionate care

Qualifications:

Current occupational therapy licensure or certification as required by state regulationsCPR certificationMaster’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient related experienceAbility to deliver assessment-driven, personalized OT in an inpatient rehab setting
