Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Empower Kids. Grow Your Career. You'll design individualized treatment plans that empower both kids and their families, and collaborate daily with a supportive interdisciplinary team that genuinely enjoys working together. You'll have the opportunity to continue learning and growing through ongoing mentorship, professional development, and community engagement. New employees are supported through a structured onboarding experience that helps you feel confident, connected, and equipped from your very first day.We're looking for someone with a degree in Occupational Therapy and a current (or eligible) state license. Strong pediatric clinical skills are preferred, and experience with sensory integration or feeding therapy is a plus. Most importantly, we're seeking someone who loves helping kids gain independence and confidence through creativity and play.
