Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Sheridan WYSchedule: Full-time, Part-time, or PRN options availableCompensation: Competitive hourly rate up to $80 with benefits (DOE)About the Opportunity Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a setting where you can make a lasting impact on patients’ lives? Join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/post-acute environment where collaboration, consistency, and patient progress are at the heart of everything we do. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll help patients regain independence, adapt to new challenges, and achieve their highest level of function.What We Offer

- Evaluate and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

- Collaborate closely with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and families for holistic care
- Document progress accurately and timely to support quality care and compliance
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of WY or ability to obtain license
- Experience in post-acute or SNF setting preferred, but new grads are welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation
