City View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our premier in-house therapy team. The Opportunity:
Position: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN (Per-Diem)
Location: City View Post Acute - San Francisco, CA
Rate: Starting at $55.00-$65.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $5,000.00
In-House Program: A permanent, stable program focused on resident outcomes (not a contract agency).

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Clinical Evaluation: Evaluate patients, establish individualized treatment plans, and set measurable functional goals.
Evidence-Based Therapy: Deliver OT interventions to maximize patient independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
Precise Documentation: Accurately maintain evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
Education & Advocacy: Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home programs, and safety strategies.
Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with the rehab and nursing teams to optimize patient outcomes and participate in quality-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Licensure: Current, valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license (or eligibility to obtain).
