Job Description

| $65/hr | Flexible Schedule | Skilled Nursing | Milwaukie, OR I

We're looking for PRN Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our skilled nursing team.

What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat patients according to individualized care plans
Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize patient outcomes
Complete timely and accurate documentation

What We're Looking For

Current Oregon license as an OT, PT, or SLP
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
