Pride Health is hiring a Occupational Therapist - Homecare to support our client’s home health services in Cordova, TN 38018.

Job Details:Schedule: M-F, 8-4:30Location: Cordova, TN 38018.Coverage area: Shelby, Fayette, Tipton countiesJob Type: ContractContract Length: 3 months (possible extension or conversion)Pay Range: $50/HR- $53/HR*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

Provide Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes, to include the assessment and development of a POC, ongoing evaluation and oversight of OTA.

Requirements:

Experience as home health Occupational Therapists is required.
Home Health experience required.
HCHB is preferred.
Oregon OT license.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to travel daily to patient homes within assigned territory (50 miles radius).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable working in home-based care environments.
