Job Description
We are hiring Occupational Therapists for the following opportunities:
Home/Community-Based Early Intervention (Birth – 5)
Qualifications:
- Active TN Occupational Therapist license.
- Have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Pass background check clearance.
- Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Have the ability to walk, bend, sit, and stand during the work shift.
- Provide own transportation, computer, and cell phone.
- Experience with pediatric populations.
- Must have and maintain current CPR certification.
Requirements:
- Provide evaluations.
- Develop and implement therapy goals.
- Collaborate as a team member with additional colleagues and families to provide well-rounded care.
- Provide written documentation of client services, including but not limited to, writing session notes and uploading them to the database timely.
- Collaborate on the implementation of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
- Provide 1:1 dynamic intervention in the natural environment.
- Create interventions that focus on coaching and equipping the family/caregiver to reflect on his or her actions as a means to improve their child’s functioning.
