What You'll Do
- Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Evaluate and assess patient needs, with a focus on upper extremity function
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function
- Fabricate custom splints as needed and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and home programs
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for comprehensive care
- Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Georgia State OT License
- CPR/BLS certification
- Orthopedic and/or upper extremity experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
