Occupational Therapist OT
Full-Time

Join a supportive, therapist-led team in a respected skilled nursing facility where OTs are valued, mentored, and empowered to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.
Your Role
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Deliver targeted interventions to improve ADL function, fine/gross motor skills, coordination, cognition, and upper extremity use
- Train patients and families in adaptive techniques, equipment use, and energy conservation strategies
- Motivate residents during treatment and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team
- Document progress accurately in line with facility and regulatory standards

Requirements
- Active state Occupational Therapist OT license (or pending)
- Strong teamwork skills and patient-centered approach
