| GUARANTEE: | 36hrs - Possibility for extra hours on Friday |
| ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: | 4-6 mos preferred for patient continuity. |
| REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: | Peds exp preferred but open to strong NG w/ peds in clinicals. |
| STAFF: | 5 SLP, 3 OT, 1 PT (traveler) Supervisor PT at a Bismarck clinic for assistance if needed. |
| EMR: | Fusion |
| CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: | 9-10 kids per day Direct 1 on 1 – 30 or 60 mins depending on plan of care.50-60% productivity expected 20% cancel rate Documentation expected to be completed at point of service. Will have time during cancellations as well. Doc due w/in 24hrs of seeing patient. |
| SCHEDULE: | 7-5pm Mon- Thursday (1hr lunch 12-1pm). |
| ADDITIONAL INFO: | Owner is super sweet. They have started using travelers more normally bc they have had great experiences. Days clinic is closed:New Year’s Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving day Christmas Day New Years Day If schools close due to weather, the clinic will likely close as well. |
