What You’ll Do:• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans• Help patients improve daily living and functional skills• Monitor and document patient progress• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements:• Active COTA license (TX)• Skilled Nursing experience preferred• Strong communication and patient care skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
