Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) (Contract)

Location: Arizona, 86404Pay: $1,452 – $1,636/weekSchedule: 4x10s or 5x8s | Must be available until 6:00 PM MST | 26-week commitment

Position Overview

  • Supports Occupational Therapists in delivering therapy services

  • Assists individuals in improving daily living and functional skills

  • Works with patients to overcome physical, emotional, or developmental challenges

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with therapy assessments, interventions, and treatment plans

  • Document patient progress using DSCTop and EIEPPRO systems

  • Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities as needed

  • Support patients in achieving functional and developmental goals

Requirements

  • Active Arizona COTA License (Required)

  • COTA Certification (Required)

  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
