Your ImpactPremier Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Bethlehem, PA. In this onsite role, you’ll help residents build independence and safety through individualized, hands-on occupational therapy

Responsibilities include:- Delivering treatment interventions and modalities under the supervising OT- Supporting ADLs, functional mobility, and adaptive equipment training- Documenting clearly in the EMR and keeping plans of care current- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and communicating with residents/familiesRequired:- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Pennsylvania- Experience in geriatric and/or skilled nursing settings- Strong interpersonal communication, resident-centered mindset, and comfort with documentation software
