We're seeking compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapy Assistants who are passionate about helping patients improve their independence, daily function, and overall quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills, mobility, and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain a safe, supportive treatment environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care
What We're Looking For
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Home health experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Employment
- 1099 Independent Contractor
