Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Graduate from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
Experience
- 2+ years in OT experience required
Licenses/Certifications
- Georgia Licensed OT.
- AHA BLS certification required.
One Chart - CernerAcute Care OT department, supporting acute care patients from physician orders throughout the hospital. Supports wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses, including ICU patients, stroke/neurological, orthopedics and general debility.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines and policies and identify potential issues and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and statistics, including staffing levels, inventory, and patient care.
• Maintain a professional and high standard of patient care and attend institutional staff meetings as directed.
