• Valid Occupational Therapy license and/or certification (state-specific)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational therapy
• Proficiency in outpatient settings, with a focus on orthopedic cases
• Ability to handle diverse caseloads including pediatrics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with adaptative equipment, therapeutic techniques, and patient assessment tools

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with pediatric therapy
• Certification in specialized areas such as hand therapy or sensory integration
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 3 years of outpatient therapy experience, preferably in orthopedic and pediatric settings
• Proven ability to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work 8 or 10-hour shifts, with option for 4x10s or 8x5s based on candidate preference
• Willingness to work in outpatient clinics with diverse patient populations
• Valid state licensure and compliance with all applicable certifications
• Ability to travel if required and participate in periodic training sessions
