Ocean Customer Experience Specialist

It's a Customer Experience support role-focused on handling customers after onboarding and managing their queries, cases, and overall relationship, mainly through routine administrative and operational tasks.

Job description:

• Managing customer interactions across channels and ensuring timely resolution of queries
• Handling customer cases efficiently and maintaining accurate updates
• Supporting customer onboarding and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Managing contracts, resolving disputes, and ensuring service quality
• Performing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as per defined processes
• Following standard procedures and ensuring smooth execution of tasks
• Escalating complex or non-routine issues to senior team members
• Collaborating with internal teams to support overall customer experience.

Experience : 2-5 years experience

Work Shift: Night shift (6:00 PM-3:00 AM)

Work Type: 5 days work from Office

Education: Graduation is mandate
