Manages processes as per global Disputes SOP. Helps team build

efficiency by sharing knowledge, best practices and eliminating waste

steps in the process.

• Language proficiency (for roles involving customer interaction)

• Prior experience in Customer Experience with hands-on exposure to customer disputes

• 3-4 years of relevant experience

• Any graduate

• Should be flexible for Night Shifts & Work from Office Setup
