Day shift and night shift positions open.

Day shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM - OT as needed

Night Shift (Includes shift premium) - 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM - OT as needed

General Function: Setup and operate manual and CNC grinding machines to perform precision ID, OD, form, and surface grinding. Study blueprint or layout to visualize grinding to be done and plan sequence of operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Safety is our first priority. Employees must be able to operate machinery safely and follow all established Safety Policies and Procedures.
Setup and operate manual and CNC precision grinding equipment to perform precision ID, OD, form grinding, multi-axis grinding, and flat surface grinding.
Experience with the setup and operation of precision grinding equipment.
Experience with the use of diamond and other super-abrasive grinding wheels.
Experience with grinding a full range of both soft and hard metals such as aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, hardened tool steel, tungsten carbide, and
