- Answering phones and serving as a professional first point of contact
- Assisting both current and new clients with their insurance needs
- Selling Health and Medicare insurance products
- Supporting daily office operations
- Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
- Helping seniors confidently navigate Medicare decisions
