Job Description
Office admin position at an exotic reptile company First requirement, please have a desire to work. This is not a hand out. No drama, head down hard working problem solver who wants to make a difference. We are a family owned exotic animal distributor with a beautiful facility.Main tasks: Order issues, fraud prevention, possible wholesale management if you have decent reptile knowledge. Must be familiar with or able to use:
- Google sheets
- Zoho (invoicing)
- Shipstation
- Filing
- Creating invoices
- Answer phones with excellent customer service
- Organized
- Learn a new system and fit into it
