A growing company in the Arcadia area is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations in a fully onsite role. Responsibilities include:
- General office and administrative support
- Managing mail, packages, and office supplies
- Data entry and CRM updates
- Assisting with sales support tasks, including preparing and shipping samples
- Coordinating meetings, events, and other office needs
- Supporting additional administrative projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative, office support, or coordinator experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable with data entry and CRM systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work onsite in Arcadia
