Job Description
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of administrative functions within an aluminum manufacturing environment. This role supports office management, employee relations, safety coordination, event planning, and basic accounting activities while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.

Office AdministratorEssential Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping
- Maintain organized systems (digital and physical)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes where needed
- Support the implementation and tracking of company safety programs and policies
- Maintain safety records, training logs, and compliance documentation
- Assist in coordinating safety meetings, audits, and inspections
- Monitor adherence to workplace safety standards and report concerns
- Plan and execute company events, including employee appreciation activities, training sessions, and corporate meetings
- Coordinate logistics such as catering, materials, and scheduling
- Manage event budgets and vendor communications
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management for general concerns
- Support HR initiatives, engagement activities, and communication efforts
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic reporting
- Coordinate with accounting or finance teams as needed
Office AdministratorQualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office procedures
- Familiarity with safety compliance standards (OSHA experience a plus)

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
