Job Description
ELM Utility Services is seeking an Office Administrator to work in St Louis, Missouri. This person will perform routine clerical duties, including communicating with field techs and data entry. Our Total Rewards Package Includes:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to solve problems
- Excellent writing skills and computer skills including MS Office Suite and Outlook
- Experience with Excel Spreadsheets.
- Must have solid oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with administrative, management and executive personnel
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
- Customer service experience a plus
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug, Motor Vehicle Record, and background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years previous office experience.
