Job Description
ES&D is a national provider of truck washing services located in Robins, IA. We were founded in 1989 and have grown to operate in over 15 states. We are looking to add a home office administrator to our staff. 25 Hours weekly 11 AM - 4 PM Monday-Friday preferred Job Responsibilities Include General Office Duties: · Route Phone Calls · Help coordinate and participate in team meetings. Payroll: · Contacting Facilities · Entering data into databases and spreadsheets · Making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses and commission. Billing/Invoicing: · Resolving billing inconsistencies and errors · Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customer · Supporting other personnel in calculating and tracking various company financial statements Bookeeping/Accounting · Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable · Perform bank and credit card reconciliations · Assist with monthly financial reporting and expense tracking · Support year-end reporting and accounting documentation Required skills: · Bookeeping/Accounting · QuickBooks experience · Detail oriented · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Teams...etc.) Benefits: · 401k Match · PTO · Starting pay range $18.00 - 20.00 / hour dependent upon experience Applications will be accepted through March 1st, 2026 Job Posted by ApplicantPro
