Office Administrator Our client in Moore, Oklahoma has an immediate need for an Office Admin for a 2-3 month contract period. The Office Administrator will support daily office operations and assist internal teams with administrative tasks, data entry, and customer communication. This role will serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors while helping ensure office workflows remain organized and efficient. Act as the first point of contact for customers Answer phones to support the claims staff and perform other office tasks. Enter inventory and enter updated pricing information Enter notes, process mail, filing, faxing, and preparing letters as needed.Office Administrator Background Profile: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of professional office experience Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets Must be able to type and enter data correctly Excellent oral and written communication Knowledge of Excel and Word Strong organizational skills
