Job Description
Midwest Renewable Energy of Sutherland is seeking a Office Administrator.Hours: Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm Benefits: Health, dental, vision, Simple IRA, disability, and life insurance. PTO/SickJob Duties:
- Create and monitor purchase orders.
- Order parts.
- Create and monitor work orders.
- Organize and maintain spreadsheet data.
- Maintain and file documents.
- Communicate with vendors via phone and/or email.
Requirements:
- One or more years experience in Office Administrative or similar role.
- Organized with a high attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Willingness to learn.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a team.
