Manage reception area, ensuring professional communication.

Coordinate jobs, oversee material orders, and maintain customer contact.

Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports.

Contribute to various projects, demonstrating flexibility.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).

Familiarity with QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping.

Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
