Job Description
American Home Health Agency seeking a recent High School graduate or College/University student able to work during the summer full-time and possibly continue full-time or part-time after the summer.
The following tasks will be performed:
- Answering the phone and assisting patients & staff with scheduling visits
- Working with the HR manager to collect and update staff documentation.
- Assisting the Financial manager with posting payments in the system.
- Upload patients' documentation in the EHR system
Minimum requirements:
- Able to speak, read, and write in English. Spanish is a plus
- Able to read assignments, follow directions
- Able to communicate and respond clearly on the telephone and respond to patient's spoken needs
- Able to use the computer
