Amtex Insurance is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!
Must Be:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented
- Able to Work Directly with the CEO
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support directly to the CEO
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other executive documents
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Assist in planning company events and business engagements
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Perform general office duties and ensure smooth daily operations

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
