Now Hiring: Full-Time Office Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish)
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote work is not available.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous office experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with data entry and filing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry.
- Organize and maintain paper and digital filing systems.
- Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Manage day to day office tasks.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
