Yeah. We need that person. Specifically, we need them answering our phones, running our front office, and making clients feel like they just called the most capable, exciting landscape company on the planet. Because they did.

Cross Creek builds jaw-dropping outdoor spaces in North Idaho — fire pits, water features, outdoor kitchens, full backyard transformations. The kind of stuff clients see on Pinterest and think "there's no way." And then we do it. Our clients should feel that the moment they call us.

Here's what a Monday morning sounds like for you:

"Oh my gosh, hi! A water feature AND an outdoor kitchen? That is going to be absolutely stunning. You are going to love it. Let me get you set up with Randy — he's going to have ideas you haven't even thought of yet."

That's you. Naturally. Not forced. Not scripted. Just genuinely excited — because the projects we build are that cool.

What you'll actually be doing:

Be the first voice clients hear — warm, fast, and confident.
Get callers excited about their project and lock in consultations.
Keep the office organized, clean, and stocked (yes, including the good drinks).
Pull reports and data from QuickBooks when Hillary needs backup.
Help Brittany get designs printed and prepped for clients.
Jump on whatever random project or task comes through — fast and without drama.
Own the front office experience start to finish.

You're probably the right person if:
