Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable, bilingual Spanish General Clerical / Office Assistant to join a busy office environment. This is a temp-to-hire position with an immediate start once paperwork is completed.Schedule
- Monday Friday
- 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Pay $18.00 $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Respond to emails professionally
- Enter and update information into computer systems
- Perform general clerical and office support tasks
- Assist with daily administrative duties as needed
- Bilingual required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (simple data entry; no advanced Excel required)
- Construction office experience preferred, but not required
- Will consider candidates with at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Office setting
- Business casual attire required
