Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable, reliable and outgoing individual to provide exceptional customer service to our lawn care customers. The office assistant answers phones, speaks with customers and potential customers and makes outbound calls to customers to follow up on estimates. We are looking for a motivated, organized, self-starter who is goal oriented and hard working.

The following is a representative list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

· Takes inbound calls from customers and potential customers.

· Makes outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.

· General office filing and scanning.

· Maintain customer data records.

· Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook), and computer proficiency is necessary.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.

· Have good people skills and be personable both on the phone and in-person
