The Office Assistant will be able to perform various administrative tasks and work diligently under pressure with a high degree of attention to detail.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Handle administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.• Maintain an organized office and ensure timely communication distribution.• Create, update, and manage records with precision.• Submit and track permits with various municipalities, ensuring compliance.Qualifications:

• Adherence to laws and best practices in dealing with customers and data.• Experience handling permits is required.• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.• Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace.• Proficiency in English.• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under pressure is a must for this
