The TurboChyll Company is New York City's premier mechanical solutions provider, specializing in HVAC services for commercial and industrial clients, supporting the commercial office, healthcare, and manufacturing facilities sectors. We've been in the industry for over 25 years, offering expert design, controls, and long-term service built on reliability and trust.
We are currently seeking a part-time Office Assistant to manage incoming calls and support a range of daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate is reliable and organized, with strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor. This position offers a flexible schedule, ideal if you're looking to work 4-6 hours per day or 20-30 hours weekly.

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: 20-30 hours weekly; flexible schedule Monday through Friday, with the option to work 3-4 days per week; Monday availability is required.
Required Qualifications:
- Availability to work on Mondays
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Experience in a trade or service-based environment is a plus
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Excellent communication and professional phone skills
- Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
