This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring 2 3 days onsite with the remaining days remote. This role is part of a 4 6 month project supporting a major transition to a new processing platform, with potential for permanent conversion based on performance and business needs. JOB SUMMARY The Office Assistant will provide entry-level administrative support during a high-impact transition period. This role will assist with daily office and administrative functions, support staff augmentation efforts, and help ensure continuity of operations throughout the platform transition. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, manual processing environment. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Send out and track pay sheets accurately and in a timely manner Assist with email communications and follow-ups with internal teams Answer phones and route calls as needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and document management Perform data entry and update internal databases Provide general administrative support including filing and coordinating meetings Support work efforts related to the transition to a new processing platform Assist the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Basic administrative or office assistant experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Comfortable working with manual processes and systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn in a project-based environment PREFERRED SKILLS Prior administrative or office support experience Winter Park Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
