Job Description:
This position helps manage daily functions of the Cleveland & Corporate divisions, managing administrative duties, overseeing projects, coordinating events as well as vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate employee engagement events and corporate citizenship fundraisers/functions
- Order all office supplies and other divisional supply needs
- Coordinate and serve as point of contact for building vendors & external contractors
- Act as project manager for any building upgrades or miscellaneous projects
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Manages the divisional uniform program
- Coordinate special events and projects
- Approver for new employee assets
- Assist with divisional billing as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years of experience in office management or project management
- Experience managing vendors and outside contractors
- Previous industry experience
