HR Rep IVVirtualContractJob Description – Adjudication team Provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Operations Services (TAOS) Drug & Background (D&B) Team. The contractor will work closely with adjudicators, compliance partners, HR, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to support case management activities, improve operational efficiency, and help ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. This role will focus on administrative and workflow support activities that enable adjudicators to concentrate on complex reviews, compliance-sensitive work, escalations, and risk mitigation efforts. The contractor will gain exposure to Talent Acquisition Operations, background screening programs, compliance processes, and enterprise case management practices while supporting a critical HR functionSuccess Deliverables

Timely completion of assigned ticket administration activities.
Successful support of queue management initiatives.
Contribution toward reduction of aging ticket inventory.
Positive partnership and collaboration with the D&B team.
Completion of all assigned training requirements.
