Job Title: Office Services Manager

Location : Westford, MA (Onsite)

Duration : 6-Month Contract (Extension Possible)

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay rate: $45/hr on W2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Services Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a seamless workplace experience. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for site operations, vendor management, workplace services, and cross-functional coordination with Site Leadership, Finance, IT, and Property Management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills with experience managing corporate office operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and workplace services.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for site operational matters.

• Oversee vendor relationships, service performance, and contract compliance.

• Coordinate office moves, seating assignments, and facility projects.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and operational expenses.

• Partner with Site Leadership, Finance, IT, and Property Management to support business needs.

• Coordinate reception, security, shipping/receiving, sustainability initiatives, and workplace programs.

• Assist with onboarding, employee engagement activities, and office events.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and workplace policies.

• Drive continuous improvements to enhance the employee workplace experience.

Required Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in Office Services, Workplace Services, Facilities Management, or Office Operations.

• Previous supervisory or shift management experience preferred.

• Strong experience managing vendors and service contracts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting corporate office environments.

• Knowledge of budgeting, invoice reconciliation, and financial reporting.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Experience coordinating employee engagement initiatives and workplace programs.

• Familiarity with workplace operations, facilities coordination, and office relocations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Coupa Procurement.

• Exposure to HVAC or facility systems.

• Experience working with cross-functional corporate teams and multiple service vendors.
