Schedule (Part-Time Weekend)

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 midnight

What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist residents, visitors, and staff
Manage calls, messages, and front desk operations
Monitor building access and ensure safety protocols
Respond to questions and support daily needs
Communicate important updates and coordinate with teams
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Be a calm, reliable presence during both routine and unexpected situations

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized and responsive in a busy environment
Comfort working with diverse populations, including seniors
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
